SPRING AND FALL SYSTEM CHECK UP PROCEDURES INCLUDE: 

	Check evaporator coil is accessible
	Chemically treat condensate drain pan and lines
	Check filter(s)
	Check thermostat operation
	Check condenser coil
	Measure amps/volts on motors and capacitors
	Monitor starting capabilities of unit
	Test safety controls
	Tighten electrical connections
	Measure Temperature differential in cooling and heating
	Check refrigerant charge.

While we understand the importance of maintaining home heat/cooling systems, it is also very important to maintain equipment at business'.  The pricing on each contract is on a case by case basis, as it depends on the types of units that are utilized.  We will be more than happy to come for a consultation on your commercial or large residential property, and provide a quote.  Please keep in mind that the services will be billed yearly, but in addition to the maintenance issues above you will also receive quarterly visit instead of bi-annual.
