Maintenance

Home Maintenance up to 4 Heating and Cooling Units.

bulletFor every year that this agreement is mainted, a $50 credit is earned toward the purchase of a new complete system, up to $250.00

SPRING AND FALL SYSTEM CHECK UP PROCEDURES INCLUDE: 

bulletCheck evaporator coil is accessible
bulletChemically treat condensate drain pan and lines
bulletCheck filter(s)
bulletCheck thermostat operation
bulletCheck condenser coil
bulletMeasure amps/volts on motors and capacitors
bulletMonitor starting capabilities of unit
bulletTest safety controls
bulletTighten electrical connections
bulletMeasure Temperature differential in cooling and heating
bulletCheck refrigerant charge.

Commercial or Business Contracts

While we understand the importance of maintaining home heat/cooling systems, it is also very important to maintain equipment at business with large or over 4 units.  The pricing on each contract is a case by case basis, as it depends on the types of units that are utilized.  We will be more than happy to come for a consultation on your commercial or large residential property, and provide a quote as to how much the Maintenance Contract would be.  Please keep in mind that the services will be billed yearly, but in addition to the maintenance issues above you will also recieve quarterly visit instead of bi-annual.
